This is NOT a ballet class! Barre is a fitness class that uses small movements at a low impact to work each muscle group and is safe on all joins and customizable for all fitness levels. No need to be a dancer or have any flexibility to take this class!
Core Yoga is a Yoga/Pilates fusion class that blends the dynamic flow of Vinyasa flow with Pilates techniques to create a dynamic experience of mindful movement and meditation in motion. Core Yoga combines breath, awareness, core strengthening and stretching techniques to strengthen and mobilize the body, calm and focus the mind, and cultivate a state of active relaxation. Suitable for all levels and ideal for managing stress, improve posture, and overall health.
Kidding Around Yoga
Every Kidding Around Yoga class offers a complete, age-appropriate Yoga practice including breathing instruction, relaxation techniques, stretching and strengthening poses, all using fun-filled music, games, and imagination. KAY’s secret is our playfulness, keeping your child motivated, excited, and moving. This is not your typical Yoga class. A KAY class gets children singing, dancing, skipping, marching, jogging, shaking, laughing, hopping, limbo-ing, and storytelling ALL while practicing Yoga to original KAY music.

Catered to the adventurous infant/child and their caregiver/adult. This class will improve your child's motor skills and balance through stretching, tumbling, obstacle courses and more.
Catered to children and their caregivers/adult. This for 45 minute class will focus on the goals of enhancing self-regulation, self-esteem, and social empathy. The weekly repetition establishes a sense of containment, safety and empowerment as the children repeat a sequence of gesture-integrated songs created through expressive therapies.
