Natalia Petitti, Barre

Hello! My name is Natalia and I started teaching barre classes here at The Foundations Center in January of 2022! My journey of teaching began in April of 2019 and I’ve been hooked on it ever since. I love meeting new people and being able to help them reach their fitness goals! Aside from my job as an instructor, one major goal of mine is to work in the healthcare field as a Diagnostic Medical Sonographer someday. When I’m not working, you can most likely find me either blasting country music in my Jeep anywhere I go or at home creating magazine collages with the company of my two cats!

Melanie Fenochetti, Barre

Melanie started taking barre classes in the winter of 2017 and has been addicted ever since! She fell in love with how quickly barre strengthened and toned her muscles with a low-impact, high intensity, full body workout. She certified in early 2019. Melanie loves to bring laughter and conversation to every class, encouraging her students to push themselves and hold that extra 30 seconds (and then another 30!)!

Melanie is a full time Corporate Recruiter and lives in Dracut. When not at the barre or working, she enjoys spending time with her 2 kids, Frankie and Mia and their Yorkie puppy Henry! Melanie is also a certified Jazzercise instructor.

Mindy Gervais - Yoga Instructor

In 2013 Mindy experienced a year of significant change both personally and professionally. While leaving the mat after her first yoga class, she knew this was the beginning of a lifelong journey.

Through her own yoga practice, she ultimately fell in love with breathwork and meditation. She continues to incorporate these tools while working through life day-to-day. The mental and physical benefits of yoga have helped in her healing since acquiring adult-onset asthma in 2015.

Mindy completed her 200-hour yoga teacher training in 2021. She believes Yoga is accessible for all and is excited to share and meet others in their own space whether physically, mentally or spiritually. She enjoys teaching a wide range of classes as with life, each day is different, from Restorative, Chair Yoga to Vinyasa for all levels. She is a mother of two sons and has a deep-rooted love for cooking while sharing life's adventures with others through her food.

“Always stay true to yourself”, this is a mantra that she has kept with her as she continues to live her truth daily.
